Question by : How do you cook and make chicken breast moist?
Sometimes I want to make salad and add a bit of meat (usually chicken breast) or just simply add more lean meat to the dinner table, but when I cook chicken breast (preferably oven, then stove skillet style), it turns out dry and tough to chew.
What method to make chicken breast more moist while cooking? And how long should I cook chicken breast?
Or are there other ingredients to add with the chicken breast to make it stay moist while cooking?

Slow cooking in a oven with spices and onions, covered on top with aluminum foil.
